Account Service Manager, native English speaking

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsible for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and, retaining clients as well as following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Handling new client leads (first contact) daily
  • Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients
  • Effectively handle the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints)
  • Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details

Additional Requirements

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Networking skills
  • Native English, fluent in additional languages

Dealer, Arabic speaking

Overall Purpose of Role:

Directly responsible for quoting prices and offering up to date, accurate information to clients wishing to trade.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To service clients with regards to their trading needs: quote prices, provide market information, change S/L and T/P accept limit orders
  • To update market information on the EF trading Platform (update the Financial Calendar, Forex Outlook etc.)
  • To monitor the quality of the company rates by comparing/benchmarking against those of other providers such as Reuters/Saxo/UBS
  • To open and close the dealing room at specified hours
  • To assist clients with queries regarding trading
  • To assist clients with manual deposits
  • Internal services: To provide market information to sales and other colleagues during the morning outlook

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics (related experience could overcome the need for this)

Experience

Essential:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a financial organization
  • Financial markets background

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be able to adopt sales techniques (previous sales experience is desirable)

Corporate Action Specialist

Overall Purpose of Role:

To assist the Risk Management department in identifying, monitoring and mitigating various risks. To develop procedures and reports needed to notify and process corporate action events, pertaining to the Stocks offering of the company. Produce market related summaries for internal purposes.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To research and correctly interpret all market announcements and condense into an accurate summary of upcoming news and interpreting meaningful trends
  • To update market information on the EF trading systems of upcoming events while identifying any risks posed to the company
  • To work with Risk Management in monitoring EF trading risk
  • To provide market information to the dealing room, sales and other colleagues
  • To enter all information regarding Stocks trading on the company systems
  • Develop the Corporate Actions Handling (CAH) system

Additional Requirements

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Internet capabilities
  • Fluency in English is a must (additional languages is an advantage)

Customer Support Representative, native Chinese speaking

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsible for providing after-sales support to clients who have activated their trading accounts.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Responding to client requests and questions via phone, chat and email
  • Assisting with any and all after-sales issues, which may include; collecting documents, withdrawals, deposits, funds transfers, account creations, trading issues, etc.
  • Assisting with client training and guiding them in learning how to operate the trading platforms
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Other duties as required (sales performance reports, administrative tasks)
